About Us:

At Sorted Sparrow, we transform cluttered homes into beautifully organized spaces for our clients to love and enjoy. We specialize in completing projects quickly with energetic and friendly teams of 2–6 organizers. We have plans to expand, offering plenty of opportunities to grow along with us.

Role Overview:

We have openings for Associate and Assistant Organizers. Associate Organizers handle hands-on organizing tasks, overseeing the sorting, categorizing, and setting up storage solutions. Assistant Organizers play a key role in our projects by assisting with sorting items, labeling, installing shelf liners, light clean up, other related organizing tasks, and transporting donations.

Experience: Must have strong organizing skills—training provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently sort through large quantities of items, creating piles for donation, keep, and discard according to clients’ decluttering criteria.
  • Organizing tasks, including sorting, categorizing, placement, and setting up storage solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the organizing team, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Remain professional, respectful, and courteous when handling clients’ belongings.
Job Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain focus in cluttered environments.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
  • Personal transportation required for travel to client residences
